Sub Focus has announced a £1 ticket levy for his upcoming arena shows in Manchester and London to support grassroots live music.

In an announcement shared last week (August 21), the drum 'n' bass legend confirmed that tickets for his March 2027 shows at The O2 Greenwich in London and the Co-op Live Arena in Manchester, will include a £1 per-ticket contribution.

Proceeds will be donated to LIVE Trust , the charity that utilises arena show ticket levies to "support, protect and expand" grassroots live music across the UK through direct funding to artists, venues, promoters and more.

Established in 2025 in response to calls for voluntary £1 contributions, LIVE Trust is funded by tickets for shows with a capacity of 5,000 or more. Ticket levy donations from artists such as Harry Styles, Gorillaz and Lily Allen have already raised £1.5 million for the charity.

"Grassroots venues and promoters are where I learned my craft, built the foundations of my career, and they are an incubator for future stars of our industry," Sub Focus said in a statement. "I want to give my full support to what Save Our Scene are doing to make sure these venues stay alive and kicking!”
